Back Office People - We are your trusted bookkeeping and payroll experts. If you have (or want) QuickBooks, we've got you covered. We use Diamond Elite-level QuickBooks support (top level) from Intuit in Arizona, so we can provide faster, more comprehensive support for all of your needs. There's no problem we can't handle.
We are passionate about QuickBooks (really!), and we know our stuff.
We are all Intuit Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisors. We keep up on the newest versions and issues, so you don’t have to!
Located in La Crescenta, CA, we are convenient to work in person for businesses in Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Montrose, La Canada, Sunland, Tujunga and surrounding areas. We can also provide QuickBooks Online and Payroll services remotely and have provided payroll services on both coasts and in between.

Mindy Morrison, Founder and Principal
I am the resident back office expert. An annually Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor since 2008, I have over 25 years experience in QuickBooks, payroll, and training people in various software. With a background in IT as well as an MBA and a degree in Computer Information Systems, I know software, hardware, and business.
The best part of IT for me was always teaching people how to use the software I wrote. Now I don’t have to do the programming!
A La Crescenta resident since 1988, I am an active member of the Crescenta Valley Chamber of Commerce, and the Crescenta Valley Community Emergency Response Team. (Shout out to CERT Team 3!) I contribute to my community through my mission: Learn, Grow, Share, and Include.
When I’m not helping small businesses wrangle their books, I also enjoy boating and relaxing on the water with my family.
